Akhil Baluja (Partner), (FCA, SAP FI, MBF)

CA. Akhil Baluja is a co-founder of the firm. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India & has more than a decade of the post qualification experience in Financial Planning, Taxation - Direct & Indirect, Budgeting, Internal Control, Accounting, Audit & Assurances, Business Advisory, Implementation Business Processes, System Process Review, Business Process Outsourcing etc.
He is also a SAP(FI) Certified Consultant from SAP. He has also done Master in Business Finance (MBF) from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. Before joining the firm, he gained wide variety of experiences & knowledge both locally & internationally in his professional opportunities in the Industry.

Arti Baluja (Partner), (FCA, IP, DISA, CAIIB)

CA. Arti Baluja is a founder of Baluja & Associates. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India & has more than a decade of post qualification experience of Accountancy, Taxation, Audit, Accounting, Company Law Matters, Statutory Audit, Internal Audits and Concurrent Audits and Other Compliances etc.
She is an Ex-banker, DISA & CAIIB Qualified, served in their Corporate Credit Finance Department. She has handled Project Financing, Debt Restructuring, all statutory compliances of bank in a lead role. She is also an Insolvency Resolution Professional.
